A bit tricky with power outlets in the room.

Spacious room, duplex type, very wide beds. Very attentive staff and also speak Spanish, help and guide you in your visit. The location is very good, near the railway station Florencia S.M.N. and also near the tram stop to go to the airport, both at 10 min. walking distance. Not far from the centre and in general from all the great cultural and artistic attractions of this city.
For suggesting something, but it's not that we didn't like it. The breakfast buffet of the hotel Fedora in relation to other hotels of its category in Italy is quite abundant and varied, they serve hard-boiled eggs, bologna, cheese, toast, cakes, milk, infusions, juices, etc. Just as a suggestion, it would be good to have more variety in "salty" (sausage, tuna) and "hot" (bacon, fried-scrambled eggs, sausage...).

The breakfast had a great variety, including fresh pastries, made mornings pleasant. Plus, the staff were very accommodating when I had a late check-in. The internet access was inconsistent, frustrating. I also noticed that the shower setup was a bit awkward. I felt the hotel had potential but needs improvements in specific areas .

Dingy and old. Although the front desk man was helpful and friendly he sat in the dining area smoking. We were very happy that we had only booked one night and purposely stayed out late to minimize the time we would have to spend in the room.

Family with children should consider it
The room we stayed in had a cozy loft setup which was perfect for our family, spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice too, they had fresh croissants that felt mad really like heaven in the morning.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still reasonable considering the overall experience.

Close to the old town of Florence but not in the middle - more quiet and calm neighbourhood.
The room was really hot, without air-con. Balcony could be cleaner and not so full of different stuff like old buckets, garden hose etc. Also the cleanness of the room was insufficient and hot water was not provided. Internet was paying extra (3 euro) but unable to get a proper connection in our room. Small breakfast with coffee/tea some jam and cheese. In general this place looks more like cheap B&B more the 2 star hotel which they are.

I liked it that their staff were all very friendly towards us- having chats with us and also enthusiastic in recommending us places to go. I like their buffet breakfast as well - there was a good variety and the quality was pretty good. The room was nice and comfortable and there was good WI-FI connection in the room, which is really important for us tourists.
I thought that the hotel was a little further than I thought it would be from the train station.

Had a great time, especially enjoying the spacious room for three and good Wi-Fi, but the shower setup is a bit awkward for short folks. I would stay again!

The staff were great and went out if their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We asked for some hot water one evening (which the staff provided promptly) and the next morning we had a kettle put in our room. Breakfast was good (bottomless cappuccinos:p) and quick 10-15 mins walk to the dome and city centre.
The room was a little dated but everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom in our room was a little strange as the shower sat between the toilet and basin with two divider doors - this was ok as long as one person didn't need to use the toilet while the other is in the shower!

Memorable overall experience. Everything was great, outstanding staff, fantastic location just next door to train station, parks, hood restaurants and bank machines, and the grove. Lovely and satisfactory breakfast with home made croissants, good coffee & homemade cakes, homemade cakes and great customer service. Bright room, good in addition to our bedroom. Private parking nearby provided...
